Spread 0117 – “The Comfort of”

Vintage and personal papers, handmade papers Acrylic paint, tissue images, black and Sigano white gel pens.
I hope this finds you well. I am just recovering from the flu. When I am down with the flu, little things bring me comfort, my kitties next to me, my comfortable bed all tucked in flannel and down, chicken soup, a simple flower from a dear friend. I am now well and comfort comes when I am with my journal. Wishing you peace and comfort.

I love that part of what brings you comfort is not just flannel sheets and kitties (aren’t they the best?) but that your journal is also a source of comfort. Wonderful reminder of the magic and power of our journals.

Nice spread Brian. This one has a different feel to it- more tranquil. Has a map feel to it.
